Orders are shipped using Australia Post or a cost effective Courier Service. Packaging and Insurance is included in the shipping cost. Some items may include a signature upon delivery, this is a requirement of some courier services. You will receive tracking information and I will follow up if there are any delays.

Payments on our website are processed via Stripe. This is a secure payment system and your personal data is secure. 

Please email me if you wish to order from outside Australia. Some countries have import restrictions for beeswax, and I will need to check this and provide you with a postage quote.
