This shop accepts all payments via Stripe.

Production and Domestic Shipping:
1. Bushwalk products are made to order and will be shipped within 5 days of receiving payment.
2. Please let us know if you would like a faster turn around time.
3. We use Australia Post with standard post options at check out. There is an Express Post upgrade option button on our site.
4. All parcels are tracked through to delivery.
5. If a parcel is delayed we will follow up and keep you informed.

International Shipping:
1. If you live outside of Australia, please contact us for an international postage quote.
2. Please remember to check the customs laws of your country before ordering - beeswax may be restricted in some countries.
3. We cannot accept any responsibility for customs delays, costs or refusals.

Returns and Exchanges:
1. Our products are handmade with love and packaged and sent to you with great care.
2. If you are not completely happy with your order please contact us and we will gladly resolve the problem.

Damage in Transit:
1. If your item is spoiled or damaged in transit please contact us straight away.
2. Please send us a photograph of the damage so that we can follow this up with Australia Post or the courier service.
3. We will replace the spoiled or damaged item at our cost as this is a very rare occurrence.

Custom Orders:
1. We design and make beautiful candles for weddings, special events, gift baskets and corporate gifts.
2. Please send us an email with your requirements and we will provide you with a quote.

Wholesale Stockists:
1. Please send us an email if you would like to stock Bushwalk Candles or Bush Spa products in your shop, we can send you a Wholesale Pricelist.
